Someone gets Usher a drink, and a charcuterie board appears for the rest of us. The song isn't about being with someone and you both really love each other, it's about usher liking someone, and yet, the person is no longer with him, so "he's got it bad for her" and when he's with his friends he's thinking of her, and when he's going out with someone else, he loves her so much that he's still thinking of her, and when he say's "when you miss a day without your friend your whole lifes off track" meaning that when he's not with his friends he's thinking of her too much and doesn't have anything to occupy his thoughts, like his friends, so he feels his life's off track because he keeps thinking about what could have been, so it's like what should have been, isnt, which is why it's off track.
